1. Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@incarsafetycentre.co.uk to request a return.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item is returned safely. We will be unable to refund an item that has been lost in the transfer to us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Exclusions
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as:
