Changing your mind

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you change your mind, for goods bought in store, that are in a perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging we will offer exchange or credit up to 7 days after purchase if accompanied by original proof of purchase.

Faulty goods

For goods that are discovered as faulty, we will act according to the manufacturer’s warranty period, most of our seats are under warranty for two years. After this period although we cannot guarantee, we will endeavour to facilitate any repairs process available between you and the manufacturer. Please retain your receipt.

Please note that for repair to be carried out, for health and safety reasons, some manufacturers require that the covers are freshly washed.

At any time, if goods are damaged due to misuse or an accident we can often repair but there may be a charge.

Online Returns Policy

  

COVID-19: In light of recent communication from the government our Centres are closed but our online business remains unaffected. We are unable to offer Next Day Delivery at this time and deliveries may take longer than usual. If you need to return an item, this is still possible and we will be offering an Extended Returns Policy as we understand that it may be difficult to return items, and there may be delays with couriers. If you do wish to return an item, simply get in touch by emailing us on info@incarsafetycentre.co.uk or by calling us on 01908 220909 and we can get this arranged for you. We hope you understand that there may be a delay in us receiving your goods back, and therefore a delay in your refund. However, you will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned goods. We are also unable to offer loan seats at this time. Thank you for understanding.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind about your online order, we will issue a refund if all goods are returned to us at in perfect condition, in original packaging within 7 working days from date of delivery. We can arrange for collection however the cost for our courier to arrange collection is £25 and will be deducted from any refund due.

In the first instance please call or email us to discuss the fault, we will ask you to provide:

  • Description of fault
  • Date of purchase
  • Model of seat - ideally, please supply the article code
  • Images/video of fault

In Car Safety Centre will process any refunds due to Customer, less the cost of collection, within 30 days of receipt of the goods (unused), as per distance selling regulations.

 

If you have a faulty car seat and are worried that you will be left without a seat, we offer loan seats at a cost of £35. This will be shipped to yourself for the period of time that your faulty seat is with the manufacturer, and will be collected again once your original seat is returned to you.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your order, please advise us as soon as possible in writing, (email, letter or fax) giving us your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone, as there must be documented correspondence. If you wish to make us aware of this over the phone in advance of written confirmation, you may do so.

If the cancellation is advised to us after despatch, you will be responsible for any courier charges for its return.
