Baby

Your baby carrier is the first car seat that you will need to purchase for your new arrival. We always recommend opting for an infant carrier at this stage. This seat will safely transport your baby for approximately the first year of their lives. You can certainly opt for one that will suit your li...ttle one for a longer period of time, however, we feel that an infant carrier is more beneficial. When using an infant carrier, it can easily be lifted in and out of your car which you will find useful as we understand that getting out of the house with baby isn’t always as straightforward as it may seem. This is made even easier by the use of an ISOFIX base, which allows your seat to simply be ‘clicked’ in and out. Not all cars will have ISOFIX or it may not be suitable for your car, but this is something we can advise on if needs be. If opting for a seat that will last a longer length of time, you will often come up against more problems as they are not just as universal as infant carriers and you may have problems with how your child sits in the seat or how the seat sits in the car. When purchasing, we will ask for your car registration number in order to check that the seat you have ordered is in fact compatible with your car, so you don’t need to worry about this. If it is not compatible, or we know from experience that it won’t work with your particular car model, we will be here to advise on something more suitable for your needs. 70% of seats are either incorrectly fitted or unsuitable for the car they are in, and we hope to help change this figure by finding the perfect seat for you, and also educating you on the seat you choose. You should find all the necessary information on each product page, but do feel free to chat with us if you feel you need more guidance. Read More
