It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the web site and your use of the website will be deemed as your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.

Our Payment processing partner uses the latest and best 128bit security to ensure that your credit card details are always protected when you shop online.
When shopping online In Car Safety Centre never receives your credit card information, this is all taken care of by our processing partner.
Your order will be processed the next working day from the point of ordering. We will send you out an order acknowledgement email at the confirmation stage of the ordering process, which will detail the products you have ordered. At this stage, the order acknowledgement does not constitute an order confirmation or order acceptance on the part of In-Car Safety.
Unless we have notified you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us will take place on the despatch of the goods.
Goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. Information on products such as dimensions, weights and colours are intended as a guide only.
This website is intended only for the delivery of products to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland addresses.
All goods other than seat covers and some accessories, which are delivered by Royal Mail, must be signed for by and adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Delivery is Free to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. For deliveries outside these areas, please email us for shipping costs, which vary and are weight dependant. Every effort to deliver the goods (other than seat covers and accessories) on a next day basis is made using Interlink Express (UK) and Beatties/Fastway (ROI). Accessories are dispatched using Royal Mail and you should allow 4-5 days. Occasionally unforeseen events can cause some delays.
If you are unavailable to take collection on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will normally be made the next working day. Should the delivery of goods be refused or should you be unavailable to take collection on either attempt, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Deliveries can be made between 8am-8pm.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Once we receive your order and check your card details and stock availability, the payment is taken from your card.
Goods are subject to availability and in the event we are unable to supply your request, we will inform you as soon as possible. Goods that have already been paid for in this case will be fully refunded.
The price displayed on our website at the time your order is accepted is the price that you will pay except under the following circumstance:
We endeavour to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but unfortunately errors can occur. If it is discovered that an error has been made in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices shown on this website are in £ Sterling and include VAT where applicable.
From time to time some products may develop minor faults. Should this happen during your guarantee period, we can arrange for your goods to be repaired.
If you are unhappy with the goods received, we will refund them if they are returned to us at the customers expense in perfect condition within 7 working days from date of delivery.

In-Car Safety will process any Refunds due to Customer within 30 days of receipt of the goods (unused), as per distance selling regulations.
In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your order, please advise us as soon as possible in writing, (email, letter or fax) giving us your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone, as there must be documented correspondence.
If the cancellation is advised to us after despatch, you will be responsible for any courier charges for its return.
In-Car Safety does not disclose any information on its customers to any third party on any occasion. The only exception to this policy is for our courier’s delivery requirements.
If the product you have purchased develops a material or manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, and the fault has not been the result of abuse, misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear, return it to the original place of purchase with proof of purchase. We recommend that you keep your receipt in a safe place. We reserve the right to return the product to the original manufacturer to determine the nature of the fault. We will, at our discretion, either repair, replace with same or similar item, or refund the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.
